New York Mets broadcaster Ralph Kiner hosted the first Kiner’s Korner post-game showon April 30, 1963. His guests: Comedians Buddy Hackett and Phil Foster.

Kiner’s Korner became an iconic piece of Mets history for nearly four decades. The show featured interviews with the greatest baseball players in their prime. From Willie Mays to Willie Stargell, Pete Rose, Joe Morgan, and tons of Mets including Tom Seaver, Dwight Gooden, Darryl Strawberry, Keith Hernandez, Jerry Koosman, Davey Johnson and more.
