Missed call ...

My phone rang today. I missed the call. I missed hearing “Meet the Mets” and I missed the call from my friend Arthur Friedman. Unless your a Mets geek, the name may not be familiar to you.

My mobile phone ringtone is the old ‘70s WOR New York Mets theme song. I LOVE when my phone rings. I actually pause before picking it up with a silly smirk on my face. It’s always loud and usually makes a few heads turn.

For the record: My wife despises it and gets embarrassed when the phone rings in public. She’s asked me to change it a handful of times, but I shake her off and go about my business.
